Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
The Multimedia Editor/Designer will be responsible for graphics creation, composition, and non-linear editing of video-based projects. The position will contribute to the creative process by offering input and ideas to enhance the project, and is responsible for maintaining the technical and creative quality standards set forth by Bryant Design.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a non-linear editor for ministry, corporate, broadcast and/or public relations projects. Candidates experienced in editing multi-camera taped events will be given higher consideration.

• Knowledge of computerized editing platforms and software (both PC and Macintosh based), multi-layer effects, audio editing and mixing. Knowledge of field production techniques a plus.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following applications:
  - Final Cut Pro 4
  - Adobe After Effects 5.5 or higher
  - Adobe Photoshop 7
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator 10 and 3D Studio Max 5 a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines, and to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Must be a team player, with strong interpersonal skills, adept at translating spoken and written concepts into a desired visual result.
• Must be able to successfully execute creative ideas both independently, with little or no supervision, and also from creative direction.
• Must be willing to work according to project needs - at times, nights and weekends may be required.

Web Developers:
We are looking for Web Developers to develop sophisticated graphical content for our web projects. Must have a strong creative background with professional web design experience. Should be familiar with HTML and the constraints involved in designing for the web. In-depth knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash is a must. Have your examples of your previous work ready as well as the URL's.

CD/DVD Designer:
We are looking for New Media Designers to develop sophisticated graphical content for our CD/DVD projects. Must have a strong creative background with professional multimedia experience. Knowledge of Photoshop, Director (including Lingo) and Flash is a must. Have examples of work and portfolio ready.

3D/2D Artist:
Must be a well-rounded artist with strong abilities in all areas associated with the production process (i.e. animation, modeling, texturing. lighting, concept art, and storyboarding), and must exhibit superior ability in at least one of these disciplines. A foundation in 2d art a plus. Knowledge and expertise of PhotoShop and Alias|Wavefront Maya 2 (or higher), LightWave, or 3d Studio Max required. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other artists.
